Websites for couriers

A courier website with me puts tracking, shipping rates and sign ups for your US address on the first screen, so customers stop calling to ask where their barrel is.

The problem

What holds couriers back online

1

Tracking by phone call

Customers call or message all day to ask where a package is, because there is no place to check it themselves.

2

Rates nobody can find

Shipping prices per pound live in a flyer or a chat, so people guess, or pick the courier that shows a number.

3

Sign ups on paper

New customers need your US shipping address, but getting one means visiting the office or waiting for a reply.

What the site does

  • Shipping rates and a simple cost calculator
  • Online sign up for a US shipping address

IS Auto Repairs

A 140-page site for an auto repair business, with service pages, area pages, a blog, and a quote form.

IS Auto shows how a quote form and clear service pages turn searches into enquiries, the same pattern as a shipping quote.

A live events and membership platform. The site sells tickets and grows the list.

WehFiGo runs sign ups and member accounts online, the same flow as signing customers up for a US address.

What a courier customer checks first

Most people visit a courier site for one of three reasons: to track a package, to see what shipping costs, or to get a US address so they can shop online. I put those three at the top of the homepage as big, obvious buttons. Everything else, like your story, your branches and your policies, sits one tap away.

Tracking that matches your system

Most couriers already use a shipping or warehouse system that has its own tracking page or customer portal. The website does not replace it. I link the tracking box straight into the system you use, so a customer types a number and lands on the right result, on their phone, without calling you.

Rates people can understand

Shipping is priced by weight, size and sometimes the type of item. I turn your rate sheet into a clear table and a simple calculator, with a note on what changes the price, so customers can work out a cost before they send anything. You stay in control of the numbers and can update them when your costs change.

Getting found when people search

People search for things like courier service near me, courier in Kingston or the name of a courier plus tracking. I set up page titles, location pages for each branch, opening hours in schema, a fast mobile layout and a link from your Google Business Profile, then submit the sitemap in Search Console.

Pages a courier site usually needs

A home page with tracking, rates and sign up. A rates page. A how it works page that explains the steps from US warehouse to pickup in Jamaica. A locations page with hours and maps for each branch. A prohibited items and customs page. A contact page with WhatsApp. If you deliver, a delivery areas page with zones and fees.

Couriers website questions

Have a question?

Can customers track packages on my website?

Yes. I link a tracking box to the tracking system or customer portal you already use, so customers can check a package from your homepage. Building a custom tracking system is a bigger project and is quoted separately.

Can people sign up for a US address online?

Yes. A sign up form collects the details you need and sends them to you, or connects to your system if it supports online sign ups.

Can I change my shipping rates myself?

Yes. Rates live in one place on the site, so you can update them when your costs change, or I update them for you on a care plan.

Do you work with couriers outside Kingston?

Yes. I work with businesses in all 14 parishes of Jamaica and worldwide. Everything is done remotely by WhatsApp, calls and email.
