By using this portfolio website, you agree to these terms.
Purpose
This site is a personal portfolio for Zachary Hutton. Content is for informational purposes and to facilitate web design and development inquiries. Project case studies describe work I built or contributed to; client brands remain their owners' property.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is." I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Portfolio examples do not constitute an offer until we agree scope, timeline, and fees in writing.
Minimum project fee
Standard websites start from JMD $30,000 and premium builds start from JMD $90,000. If a project is booked while an offer published on zacharyhutton.online/offers is live, that offer's published minimum applies instead (for example, from JMD $15,000 for standard websites and JMD $45,000 for premium builds for projects booked by November 30, 2026). "Booked" means the written scope is agreed and the deposit is paid. All prices are in Jamaican dollars and confirmed in a written quote before any payment. Care plans, add-ons and other services are quoted separately.
Intellectual property
Unless noted, site design adaptations and written copy on this portfolio are owned by Zachary Hutton. Do not scrape or republish assets as your own without permission.
