Step 1

Free intro call

We talk goals, budget, and timeline. No charge.

You provide: You: business type, Instagram or current site, rough budget.

Timing: Same week when calendars match.

Step 2

Written proposal and quote

Scope and price on paper before you pay. No obligation.

You provide: You: feedback on the scope.

Timing: Usually within a few days of the call.

Step 3

Contract plus deposit

Usually 50% to start.

You provide: You: signed agreement and deposit.

Timing: Build starts when the deposit clears.

Step 4

Design directions and revisions

Wireframes, then 3 to 5 directions and two revision passes.

You provide: You: brand assets and timely feedback.

Timing: Part of the overall 4 to 6 week path for most sites.

Step 5

Build, test, launch

Custom development, testing, handoff, free fixes for the first week.

You provide: You: final content and launch approval.

Timing: Landing pages can ship in 1 to 2 weeks when content is ready.

Exact day counts depend on content readiness and how fast feedback comes back. Platform builds take longer than a Standard marketing site. If a timeline cannot support the outcome, I say so before you pay.
