How I price a website
You choose how much to invest. I tell you the maximum that budget can buy. A larger budget means more time, more depth, or more flexibility. It does not mean a higher margin on the same job.
Custom websites start at JMD $15,000. A typical site lands between JMD $10,000 and JMD $20,000. That includes 3 to 5 design directions, custom development, a CMS, and room for integrations.
Premium work starts at JMD $45,000. A typical range there is JMD $30,000 to JMD $50,000.
The process is a free intro call, then a proposal and a quote you can walk away from. After a contract, the deposit is usually half. After launch, monthly help for maintenance, SEO, and content is scoped to the live site. I do not invent a retainer price before we know the site.
